Diana Nolin Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist with a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and a Masterís degree in Special Education. She also completed a post-doctoral training program in Family Therapy. While working in education before pursuing her psychology degree, she worked as a teacher and Program Specialist for children of all ages with a wide range of special educational needs.
Dr. Nolin has specialized in providing services to individuals and families seeking help with child custody related issues since 1998. While an employee of the Superior Court of California in Ventura County, she worked as a Family Court Services mediator and investigator for the Family and Dependency Courts.
Since establishing her private practice in Ventura, California, Dr. Nolin has continued to specialize in providing psychological services related to child custody, parenting, and child development as a mediator, evaluator, and consultant. She has advanced training in domestic violence and child custody evaluation. Her professional association memberships include the American Psychological Association and the Ventura County Family Law Bar Association in addition to the Collaborative Family Law Professionals of Ventura County. She also currently serves as a consulting psychologist and was a former member of the Board of Directors for Kids and Families Together, a local agency providing services to foster and adoptive families and children. Her primary focus in working with all families is to find ways for children and adults to improve their communication, understand the perspective of others, and develop healthier relationships with their family members.
